【International Orders – Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy】
By placing an order with IGUSA, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
■ Final Sale Policy
All international orders are considered final sale.
For any product marked with:
“No returns, exchanges, or cancellations except for defective items”
we strictly do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than confirmed defects.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ordering errors
- Duplicate orders
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to review product details prior to purchase
- Misinterpretation of order status
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances.
■ Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring all order details are accurate before checkout
- Monitoring order confirmation and shipping notifications
- Contacting us prior to placing duplicate orders if unsure
IGUSA shall not be held liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by customer error.
■ No Cooling-Off / Right of Withdrawal
As all purchases are made through customer-initiated online transactions,
orders are not eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or cooling-off rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
■ Defective or Incorrect Items
We only accept claims for:
- Incorrect item received
- Severe manufacturing defects
- Significant discrepancy from the product description
If your item meets the above conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Approved claims will be resolved at IGUSA’s sole discretion through:
- Replacement with the same item
- Replacement with an alternative item
- Refund after return inspection
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
■ Return Procedure & Deadline
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return instructions
Failure to comply with these timelines will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
■ Non-Returnable Cases (Strictly Enforced)
Even in cases of claimed defects, we reserve the right to reject returns under the following conditions:
- Late notification beyond 7 days
- Failure to return within the instructed period
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Missing, removed, or damaged tags and labels
- Items returned in a different condition from original delivery
- Items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Minor measurement discrepancies within ±4cm
- Incorrect or unverifiable measurement methods
- Opened packaging where packaging is considered part of the product
- Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, swimwear, socks, cosmetics)
- Special items (lucky bags, figures, magazines, gift-wrapped products)
■ Shipping, Duties & Risk
- All international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- IGUSA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or shipping carriers
- IGUSA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped
- Refused deliveries or unclaimed packages will not be refunded
■ Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any return shipping costs not pre-approved by IGUSA will not be reimbursed
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
■ Product Disclaimer
Due to the nature of production:
- Slight variations in color, print, size, or finishing may occur
- These differences do not qualify as defects
■ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
IGUSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
